    OPERATING STRUCTURE

The CRCCE is a federally incorporated non-profit corporation having obtained its Canadian Charter in 2001.  Its founder, Paul M. Champagne, B.A., LL.B., M.P.A., currently manages the business in Fernie, British Columbia.

The management of the corporation consists of three Directors, Dan Donovan, publisher-owner of Ottawa Life Magazine, Jas Jassal, owner-operator of Netchill Marketing Media Group in Ottawa, and Paul Champagne, a retired lawyer now residing in Fernie, British Columbia.  The corporation is also registered to conduct business in the Province of British Columbia.

    MISSION AND VISION

The Vision of the CRCCE is to provide services and resources designed to inspire and nurture responsible and caring citizens at school, at home, within the community, and in society at large.

Our Mission is to deliberately cultivate core values. Core values are those human qualities, such as wisdom, respect, responsibility, honesty, perseverance, and courage which we generally acknowledge in our society to describe the "good" person.

The CRCCE provides services in two specific areas, Education and Research.

    Education & Research

The Education Division provides formal and tailored education through instructional programs and training courses, consulting services to teachers, students, parents, and stakeholders in the community at large. We will also deliver assistance in the development of structure, content, and objectives of new programs, and teaching materials and other resources for program delivery.

The Research Division conducts research in the fields of character clarification, values transmission, character orientation, values stimulation, moral and character development and reasoning. We will also carry out studies to determine just how much character development improves academic achievement, behaviour, school culture, peer interaction, and parent and community involvement.
